CPACalc is a handy desk calculator for Nokia 9200 series communicator. It provides a simulated paper tape that allows users to record calculations and save them for future reference. Paper tape simulation has many advantages. You can start a calculation and continue adding new calculations till you have entered all data, you can edit wrong data in the calculation without re-entering all data again, you can recalculate the calculations recorded and edited on the tape. The tape can also be saved as a txt file for editing with other applications.
In addition to standard calculator functions CPACalc Desk provides a host of other function:

There are several features associated with this program to make it easier to use. Tapping the Year Built button will take the year displayed in the field next to it and subtract it from the current year. This will give you the age of the home. The plus and minus buttons will add or subtract from the year displayed or you can edit it manually. The box drawn around the listed date means you can tap on it to set the date. Once you have set it to the date the property was listed, it will tell you how long the property has been on the market. The comps section allows you to fill in the sold price of each of the three comps you found. Then tap the "Avg=" button to see the average price of the three homes. Additionally, it will print below the three values you will need for the 90, 120, and 180 day prices required. It will automatically add and subtract 15% to the average price to compute
the required values. The "Use no comps <" text tells you not to use any comps dated before the date listed, which will be 6 months old.
